CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please repair the broken outside garage light. Please replace the rotting wood around the garage window and the garage door. Please pressure clean the outside after the repairs are made and paint the structure in a workmanlike manner.
- Please cut the trees and bushes so that they have a neat appearance in the rear of the structure. The trees are overgrown and growing into the soffit of the structure.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $75.00 per day be assessed.
