CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove all jugs, bottles, containers and all other miscellaneous non-outdoor items from carport. All non-outdoor items must be stored in an enclosed area.
- Please mow yard, remove grass and weeds from along fence line and conduct other landscaping duties as required to maintain a neat and orderly appearance.
- Please remove or repair all non-operable vehicles. If you wish to keep a non-operable vehicle it must be stored in an enclosed area.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 15 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
