CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please remove plywood from all windows to allow egress from structure in emergencies.
- Please repair or replace all damaged or broken windows. This may require a building permit. You may contact the City of Fort Pierce Building Department at 772-467-3000.
- Please remove all wood, crates, containers and all other non-outdoor items from yard. All non-outdoor items must be stored in an enclosed area.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 15 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
