FINDINGS/ORDER:
April 6, 2016 Special Magistrate found Robert & Franca Simonson responsible for the above listed violations and gave them 90 days to obtain a permit and comply to all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
July 18, 2016 an inspection was made, the violations were not in compliance, the fines began.
August 7, 2016 received letter from Mr. and Mrs. Simonson requesting the fines be stopped and waived/or reduced.
The fines continue to accrue at $100.00 per day.
