CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- On October 8, 2015 the Special Magistrate found the owners responsible for the violations and gave them 60 days to obtain permits and comply with all conditions of the permits or be assessed $100.00 per day until property was in compliance.
- December 16, 2015 Building Department Investigator exercised his administrative authorization and granted a 90 day extension.
- April 1, 2016 received Mr. Jeremiah Baron's request for extension of time.
- August 9, 2016 received request for another extension of time.
