RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds he violator has conducted short term rentals
and if he continues to do so; the rentals that have already commenced are considered irreversible
and irrevocable in nature, that a fine equal to one months rental be assessed. The city also
requests and immediate cease and desist order be imposed and all future rentals be terminated
immediately.
