CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please contact the Building Dept. at 72-467-3000 to apply for a permit to replace the wooden fence that is falling down and to repair the chain link fence where it is bent and damaged.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $50.00 per day be assessed.
