SUBJECT:
Resolution 26-R11 appointing Jessica Barclay to the Arts and Culture Advisory Board as appointee of the Board.
SUMMARY:
The Arts and Culture Advisory Board consists of seven (7) members. Each member of the City Commission shall appoint one member to serve concurrently with the appointing commissioner's term. Subject to the approval of the City Commission, the Arts and Culture Board shall nominate two (2) members who shall serve a term of two (2) years each. Ginetta Bernard resigned her position as one of the Board Appointees. At their January meeting, the Arts and Culture Advisory Board voted unanimously to recommend Jessica Barclay for appointment by the City Commission.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Resolution.
