Approval of contract with VB Landscaping LLC. DBA Partnership Landscaping, Fort Lauderdale, FL for Landscaping Maintenance of Medians, Bid No. 2025-039, for a period of two years with a one-year renewal option in the amount of $86,400.00 per year.

On January 20, 2026, Commission meeting, the Commission awarded Bid No. 2025-039 for Landscape Maintenance of Medians.  The total cost for the project is $86,400.00.
The contract includes mowing in all areas outlined in the Statement of Work (40 cuts per year) to include edging landscape beds, trimming hedges and low tree branches, removal of all weeds by hand and herbicide if able, blowing off landscape areas and debris removal. Curbing and cracks in curbing to be maintained free of vegetation and sprayed monthly. The contractor shall perform landscaping maintenance at seven (7) locations in the City of Fort Pierce.

Staff recommends approval.

Staff will proceed as directed by Commission.
