SUBJECT:
Approve Modification Number Two to Subgrant Agreement Number 14HM-2Y-10-66-02-144 pending review as to form and correctness by City Attorney.
SUMMARY:
This agreement is to retrofit buildings at five City locations by procuring and installing impact resistant glass on all exterior windows and doors of the buildings. The modification removes Old City Hall from the agreement. This is due to engineering testing where the Old City Hall building did not meet the required strength in any location to attach upgraded windows. The modification also adds $329,935 to the cost of the St. Anastasia building to upgrade windows to meet Historic Preservation Requirements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommend approval.
