SUBJECT:
Approve piggyback to the City of Cocoa Beach, RFP No. CB-13-002 Website Redesign contract with CivicPlus,Inc., Manhattan, KS to update the City's website to current governmental standards of appearance, functionality, and interactivity for the purpose of providing vital information and user friendly access to the public.
SUMMARY:
Staff has reviewed several municipalities' websites throughout the state comparable to the City of Fort Pierce in demographics, population, and services provided to the public. Staff has also conducted a research and market analysis to determine the best option available.
Staff requests approval from the City Commission to piggyback the City of Cocoa Beach, RFP No. CB-13-002 Website Redesign contract with CivicPlus, Inc., Manhattan, KS.
