CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
Cease and desist operating the bottle club immediately. Alcohol is not permitted to be consumed on these premises without proper Business tax receipt. This activity is in violation of Sec 9-27 (b) and may result in the suspension of all utility services.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given zero (0) days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed and order all utilities to the premises be suspended while the violation continues. The City additionally requests that the Special Magistrate order that this location be monitored for continued compliance for a period of twelve (12) months and any violation of the Special Magistrate's order will result in the same.
