SUBJECT:

Ordinance No. 14-009 - Easement Abandonment, Fort Pierce Shopping Center, 1167 S US Highway 1. SECOND READING
 

SUMMARY:

  • Deed Book 83, Pages 442 -446 contain the provision of easements along the rear line of property in the Pinewood Subdivision.
  • The applicants are requesting a portion of said easements be abandoned.
  • Replacement easements are to be recorded for existing and proposed utility infrastructure at the site.

RECOMMENDATION:

Approve the abandonment request.

ALTERNATIVES:

Deny the abandonment request.
