CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- The ceiling in the office area is sagging in several areas. Repair the roof or obtain certification from a properly licensed roofer that the roof is water tight.
- Repair or replace the sagging ceilings.
- Remove the extension cord running through the ceilings and walls.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day be assessed.
