CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please repair chain link fence located at the back of the property. A permit may be required. Please contact the building department at (772) 467-3000 for any questions.
- Please trim all overgrown trees located towards the back of the property near the fence.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to pull all necessary permits for the fence and trim or remove all overgrown pepper trees to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
