SUBJECT:
Approve grant award for William & Johnson, Inc., owner of Jackson Hewitt Tax Service in the amount of $3,000 as an eligible recipient under the 2016-2017 CDBG Grant Award for Small Business
SUMMARY:
2016-17 CDBG allocates funds for small businesses that attend 2 educational workshops for items to improve capacity & sustainability. Reps from William & Johnson, Inc. attended workshops 11/18/15 & 8/18/16 & have applied for a grant to purchase equipment for their business.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Small Business grant award for Jackson Hewitt Tax Service.
