SUBJECT:
Resolution No. 17-R21 establishing a fee for Special Exemption Permits as provided in Sec. 4-2 of the City Code of Ordinances
SUMMARY:
Section 4-2 - Prohibits the keeping of livestock or fowl without a Special Exemption Permit. Ordinance 17-020 as adopted established a fee for the Special Exemption Permit to be set by Resolution.
