SUBJECT:
Approve Revocable Encroachment Permit to allow 22 F.P. Fisherman's Wharf, LLC, d/b/a 12 A Buoy, to encroach upon city property to maintain and utilize a restaurant deck and to allow the installation of sail shades over such deck.
SUMMARY:
The revocable permit will cure the long standing encroachment of the existing deck permit the installation of sail shades over such deck.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Revocable Encroachment Permit.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve or approve with conditions.
