SUBJECT:
Approval of a 6-month extension to Dunn's Tractor Service contract which will provide canal and recreation maintenance through March 31, 2018 in the amount of $131,510.00.
SUMMARY:
Additional funds are required to continue mowing and maintenance services of the City's canals, Moore's Creek Linear Park, and Indian Hills Recreational Area. A new contract is expected to be implemented April 1, 2018 as the project contract documents have been completed and will be advertised for bids.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval
