SUBJECT:
Approve request of AmeriGas Propane to install a 120 gallon above ground L.P. tank at 221 Fernandina St.
SUMMARY:
Amerigas Propane has requested a permit to install a 120 gallon above ground L.P. tank to service a tankless water heater, stove and BBQ. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the request.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the request.
