SUBJECT:
Approve award of RFP No. 2017-031 for Project Delivery Services for SHIP Housing Rehabilitation Program to Government Services Group, Inc.,Tallahassee, FL, in the amount not to exceed $63,000.
SUMMARY:
The Grants Administration Division solicit proposals seeking qualified contractors to perform Project Delivery Services as described in the scope of work for the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program, in accordance with the State of Fla. Housing Fiance Corporation and City of Ft. Pierce Local Housing Assistance Plan (LHAP) guidelines.
The invitation was sent to 402 vendors. Five (5) vendors requested specifications with two (2) responding (40%) plus 0 "No Bids" (40% total response).
The Evaluation Committee reviewed the two proposals submitted and request authorization from the Commission to award a contract to the top ranked firm, Government Services Group, Inc.
