SUBJECT:
Approval of Change Order No. 2 for the Indian Hills Recreation Area to Paul Jacquin and Sons, Inc. in the amount of $20,759.07
SUMMARY:
This is the final change order to close-out the Indian Hills Recreation Area project. These are additional items needed to complete phases I and II, to include additional fencing to prohibit vehicular access to the trails, removal of exotic vegetation and trimming of existing trees. Also included in this change order is labor and material for the installation of four (4) informational kiosks highlighting the stormwater aspects of the project.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Engineering Department recommends approval of the requested change order.
ALTERNATIVES:
Reject change order and advertise for alternative bidders.
