Update on H.D. King Plant Development RFQ/RFP.
SUMMARY:
City Manager's Office Staff has developed the specific parameters of the two phased request for qualifications/proposals which corresponds to the adopted Community Redevelopment Agency Plan. The tentative schedule is as follows (pending receipt of the Site Rehabilitation Completion Order from Department of Environmental Protection):
Notification to newspaper: July 25, 2017
Publishing dates: July 31, 2017 and August 7, 2017
Pre-Proposal Meeting: August 16, 2017
Last day for questions: August 24, 2017
Due Date: September 5, 2017
