SUBJECT:
Reduce Code Enforcement Lien in the amount of $215,900.00 against 603 S. 24th Street, owned by Emilie Alouption, to $1,750.00, contingent upon payment within 6 months.
SUMMARY:
Request by Emilie Alouption, 603 S. 24th St., to waive the code enforcement lien in the amount of $215,900.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
After considering the seven criteria for a lien reduction, the Special Magistrate recommends reducing the lien from $215,900.00 to $1,750.00 payable within 6 months. Failure to pay within that time will result in the lien reverting to staff's original recommendation of $3,500.00.
