CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please reconstruct the damaged curb and gutter with broken sidewalk.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 30 days to comply or a fine of $500.00 per day be assessed. If the violation is not corrected within the time given, the City is to take the necessary steps to remedy the violation(s), the cost of which is to be assessed as a special assessment lien against Southeastern Freight Lines.
