CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
1. Obtain a permit for the infill (elimination) of the door for unit 612 on the west elevation.
2. Obtain a permit for the demolition of the enclosed area on the south east corner of the building.
3. Obtain a permit to replace the support columns along the east elevation of the building previously used to support the balcony. Until permanent replacement columns have been permitted, installed and approved, install temporary approved products to support the balcony. Failure to take immediate temporary safeguards may result in the building being condemned.
4. Permits 9-2258, 9-727, 9-726, 8-1444, 3-2400 and 2-559 have expired without proper inspections. Renew all permits, complete all necessary work and obtain approval for all required inspections.

RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 60 days to obtain a permit and comply with all permit conditions or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
