CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- August 2, 2017 Special Magistrate Ross found John A Dutra (TR) responsible for the violation referenced above and gave him 60 days to comply or a fine of $250.00 per day would be assessed.
- October 4, 2017 Building Department Investigator Coss exercised his authorization to grant an extension of 90 days and issued a warning that if the property doesn’t come into compliance by the end of extension the owner will have to go before the Special Magistrate or Code Board to request another extension.
- January 18, 2018 an inspection was made, the violation had not been corrected, the fines began.
- February 12, 2018 received request for an extension of time from John and Sandra Dutra.
- March 9, 2018 an inspection was made, violations were now in compliance, the fines stopped. Change request from extension of time to reduction/rescindment.
- The total fines are $12,540.00 (includes $40.00 recording fees).
