FINDINGS/ORDER:
July 17, 2002 Special Magistrate found Delfino & Maria Pita responsible for the violations and gave them 20 days to bring the property into compliance. If not complied a fine of $25.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- August 6, 2002 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- August 20, 2002 the "Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien" was recorded with the St. Lucie County Clerk of Court.
- September 10, 2002 an inspection was made, the property is now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- August 20, 2019 received a "request for reduction/rescindment" for code enforcement fines/liens.
