SUBJECT:
Approval of the installation by David Hicks of two (2) 120 gallon aboveground propane tanks at 1502 Thumb Point Dr.
SUMMARY:
David Hicks has requested a permit to install two (2) 120 gallon aboveground propane tanks to service a generator at 1502 Thumb Point Dr. City Commission approval is required per Section 7-20 of the City Ordinance.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the request for the propane tanks.
ALTERNATIVES:
Deny the request for the propane tanks.
