SUBJECT:
Resolution 18-R04 - Setting the time of City Commission Meetings; such resolution does not change the day or times of city commission meetings.
SUMMARY:
This resolution does not change the City Commission meeting dates and times whatsoever. It is not necessary for the specific date and time to be memorialized in Fort Pierce law via ordinance according to the City's Charter. In order to provide greater flexibility to the City Commission, setting the time of City Commission meetings is more efficiently and effectively accomplished through a resolution.
RECOMMENDATION:
Adopt the Resolution

Do not pass resolution; revise resolution.
