SUBJECT:
Approval of Communitywide Council recommendations for three (3) Commercial Facade Grant awards.
SUMMARY:
The Communitywide Council independently reviewed three (3) Commercial Facade Grant applications then collaboratively recommended funding all three, totaling $15,000. These three awards will leverage over $85,000 in commercial structure improvements.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Communitywide Council recommendations to provide Commercial Facade grant awards for commercial properties located at 2907 Orange Ave; 1400 Orange Ave; and 701 Avenue M.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve Commercial Facade grant awards.
