SUBJECT:
Presentation and Public Hearing of 2016-2017 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
SUMMARY:
This is a presentation to inform the public of programs, projects, activities and accomplishments related to the 2016-2017 CDBG program and also a public hearing following the presentation.Staff will submit the 2016-2017 CAPER to HUD, as required, following the public hearing.
RECOMMENDATION:
Allow a presentation and public hearing on the 2016-2017 Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER).
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not allow a presentation and public hearing.
