SUBJECT:
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with the Fort Pierce Utilities Authority and the City of Fort Pierce regarding the disposition of property.
SUMMARY:
The FPUA is requesting approval of the attached Memorandum of Understanding with the City of Fort Pierce that was approved by the FPUA Board on April 17, 2018.
This MOU was drafted in 2013 but was never finalized.
