SUBJECT:
Approve Construction Management of Florida as the lowest responsive bidder for Bid #2018-033 for an amount not to exceed $31,946.53 for rehabilitation of 1011 Pennsylvania Avenue, funded through the SHIP program.
SUMMARY:
According to the SHIP LHAP, the City may provide owner-occupied housing rehabilitations, with SHIP funds to upgrade the exteriors or substandard homes. SHIP assistance is provided to income-eligible owner-occupied households on a first come, first qualified, first served basis.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve Construction Management of Florida, Inc. as the lowest bidder for Bid #2018-033.
