SUBJECT:
Approval of Voluntary Tax Credit Application and Affadavit for the issuance of the Site Rehabilitation Completion Order (SRCO) with No Further Action (NFA) for the HD King Property.
SUMMARY:
This is the final step in the remediation process and reimbursement, and the FPRA is eligible to apply for the $500,000 bonus for the sucessful completion of the project. These funds are intended to offset other costs incurred in the remediation. The document has been completed by the contractor - Cardno Engineering with assistance from Cobb Cole Attorneys at Law.
