SUBJECT:
Acceptance of Culpepper & Terpening, Inc. Specific Authorization No. 8, in the amount of $465,135.00, providing construction engineering services and project management as required for the North 2nd Street Roadway Improvement project.
SUMMARY:
Culpepper and Terpening proposes to provide full-time construction observation and part time project administration for fifteen months in accordance with the attached Specific Authorization No. 8. The North 2nd Street Roadway Improvement project entails the reconstruction of North 2nd Street from Seaway Drive (SR A1A) to Taylor Creek Marina along with improvements to North Indian River Drive and Avenue H.
RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends approval.
ALTERNATIVES:
Request proposals from other continuing services providers on the City's shortlist.
