Notice of Extension of Time (90 days) - September 18, 2018
Affidavit of Non-Compliance - December 17, 2018
Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien - October 2, 2019
Affidavit of Compliance - Dated October 19, 2019, retroactive to final inspection date of July 25, 2019.

ACTION DATES:

1. Special Magistrate Hearing - July 18, 2018, owner, House of Believers, was given 60 days to renew permits that did not receive all necessary inspections, or a fine of $100.00 per day would be assessed.
2. On September 18, 2018, a Notice of Extension of Time was provided granting an additional 90 days to comply.
3. Affidavit of Non-Compliance dated, December 17, 2019 was recorded and fines began on that date.
4. The necessary permits were renewed and received the necessary inspections.  An Affidavit of Compliance was recorded, with a compliance date of July 25, 2019.
5. Fines accumulated from, December 17, 2018, to July 25, 2019, totaling $22,050.00.
