FINDINGS/ORDER:
March 20, 2019 Special Magistrate Ross found Palm Haven Ocean Development LLC responsible for the violations referenced above and gave them 15 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- April 13, 2019 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- September 17, 2019 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- Learned of new owner and contacted Mr. Tarr prior to lien being filed.
- November 26, 2019 received Reduction Request from Mr. Tarr.
Total fines $7,880.00 (includes $30.00 recording fees). There is no recorded lien.
