CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

- In the event you are found in violation of Section 9-27(b) for doing business without a business tax, all utility services to the business premises will be suspended while the violation continues.
- Please obtain your 2020 Business Tax Receipt for B & B telecommunications.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 0 days to comply or a fine of $150 per day be assessed and order all utilities to the premises be suspended while the violation continues.
