VIOLATIONS:

Section(s): 16-46 Maintenance of nuisance on property prohibited.
Section(s): 16-48 (9)(18) Nuisance as a Condition

CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. August 16, 2019 - Notice was sent to Mr. Tarraf for him to cut all grass and weeds as needed. This includes trimming along fence lines, around houses and any other permanent object such as trees, mailboxes and telephone poles, etc.
  2. Trim all trees, shrubs and bushes to comply with the Fort Pierce Code of Ordinances.   
  3. Property owner was given 10 days after notice to correct the violations.
  4. An inspection was made; some of the violations had been corrected, a notice was sent for him to have the rest of the violations completed by October 25, 2019.
  5. December 17, 2019 the violations were completed by Mow 4 Less Lawn Care and an invoice was mailed to Mr. Tarraf.
  6. January 27, 2020 received an email from Mr. Tarraf requesting a hearing to appeal the charges.
