In accordance with previously established policy, staff recommends the approval to waive the costs for interest, penalties and fees leaving a balance due of $682.20 payable in 30 days.  However, applicant is requesting a waiver of a portion of the hard costs in the amount of $182.20, leaving a balance due of $500.00 payable within 30 days, which requires a direct vote by Commission.

Staff recommends waiving interest, penalties and fees in the amount of $2,478.97 contingent upon payment of balance in the amount of $682.20 payable in 30 days.
