FINDINGS/ORDER:

January 16, 2019 - Order Determining Violation
April 2, 2019 - Extension of Time (90 days)
July 10, 2019 - Affidavit of Non-Compliance.
December 9, 2019 - Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien

ACTION DATES:

1. January 15, 2019 Special Magistrate Ross found that a violation exists and provided 60 days to address violations or fines may begin.
2. April 2, 2019 - an Extension of Time (90 days) was granted.
3. July 10, 2019 - no re-inspections had been requested and no permits issued for any work to comply the violations.  An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was issued and fines began to accrue as of this date.
4. December 10, 2020 - Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was recorded.
5. January 30, 2020 - a re-inspection was done and the violations were complied.  On this date the fine stopped accruing. The total lien amount is $18,740.00, which includes $40.00 recording fees.
