December 18, 2019 - Special Magistrate Ross found Docius Lima responsible for the violations and gave him 10 days to bring the property into compliance or a fine of $50.00 per day would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- January 27, 2020 - an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- February 25, 2020 - another inspection was made, the property was now in copliance, the fines stopped.
- March 5, 2020 - received request for reduction / rescindment from Sam Lima (Docius Lima's son).
