The Purchasing Division determined there were 2 responsive proposals: Upendo Shabazz on behalf of Rooted In Change, Inc./dba as Lincoln Park Young Professionals, of Fort Pierce and The Doyen Company, of Stuart, FL.  The Evaluation Committee is seeking approval to enter into negotiations with Upendo Shabazz on behalf of Rooted In Change, Inc./dba as Lincoln Park Young Professionals, of Fort Pierce, FL, the top ranked responder.
