FINDINGS/ORDER:
July 11, 2007 Special Magistrate Ross found Adrian Curtis responsible for the violations and gave her 30 days to come into compliance or a fine of $250.00 would be assessed.
ACTION DATES:
- September 19, 2007 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
- May 30, 2008 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
- September 25, 2008 went before Special Magistrate Ross for a Massey. She reduced the fines of $63,500.00 to $3,500.00 payable in 6 months. Should the reduced fines not be paid within this time a lien would be recorded for the $3,500.00.
- June 21, 2010 an "Order on Respondent's Request to Determine Compliance and Fine Matters" was recorded as a lien.
