FINDINGS/ORDER:

July 11, 2007 Special Magistrate Ross found Adrian Curtis responsible for the violations and gave her 30 days to come into compliance or a fine of $250.00 would be assessed.

ACTION DATES:

September 19, 2007 an inspection was made, the property was not in compliance, the fines began.
May 30, 2008 an inspection was made, the property was now in compliance, the fines stopped.
September 25, 2008 went before Special Magistrate Ross for a Massey. She reduced the fines of $63,500.00 to $3,500.00 payable in 6 months. Should the reduced fines not be paid within this time a lien would be recorded for the $3,500.00.
June 21, 2010 an "Order on Respondent's Request to Determine Compliance and Fine Matters" was recorded as a lien.
