SUBJECT:
Approval of Communitywide Council Recommendations for 2014-2015 Commercial Facade Grant Awards
SUMMARY:
Communitywide Council members independently reviewed 26 Commercial Facade Grant applications, then collaboratively recommended funding 24 grants totaling $122,073.50. These awards will leverage over $500,000 in commercial structure improvements in HUD designated Qualified Census Tracts.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve the Communitywide Council's recommendations for the 2014-2015 Commercial Facade Grant awards.
ALTERNATIVES:
Do not approve the Communitywide Council's recommendations.
