SUBJECT:
Approval of Specific Authorization No. 2 to Culpepper & Terpening, Inc (C&T) in an amount not to exceed $62,970.00. Pending City Attorney approval.
SUMMARY:
Project limits are Avenue B from 8th Street to 13th Streeet. Improvements under this project will include roadway reconstruction, sidewalks, curb & gutter and driveway aprons. FPUA will also be updating their faclities in the project limits. The design costs have been negiotiated with C&T to provide construction plans and bid specifications for the proposed reconstruction work. This authorization will be funded by Infrastructure Surtax funds. A copy of the specific authorization is attached including itemized scope of work.

ALTERNATIVES:
Reject the proposal and start negotiations with the next continuing service provider under RFQ 2019-027.
