CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:
- Please secure the pool area (fix screen, use safety fence or use plywood) so that it is not open to anyone who could fall in.
- Please treat the stagnant water for mosquitoes so they cannot hatch.
- Please secure all openings including all windows and doors with plywood and paint in a workmanlike manner to match the structure.
- Please remove all outside storage of concrete blocks, scrap wood, black plastic pipe, and any other miscellaneous items from the outside.
RECOMMENDATION:
The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $100.00 per day be assessed.
