FINDINGS/ORDER:

Order Determining Violation - June 19, 2019
Notice of Extension of Time (90 days) - August 1, 2019
Affidavit of Non-Compliance - November 26, 2019
Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien - June 2, 2020
Affidavit of Compliance - July 21, 2020

ACTION DATES:

1. Special Magistrate Hearing - June 18, 2019 - owner was provided 60 days to get a permit(s) or a fine may accrue.
2. A Notice of Extension of Time (90 days) was granted on August 1, 2019.
3. An Affidavit of Non-Compliance was issued on November 26, 2019 when no applications for permit were submitted. Fines began to accrue on that date.
4. Permits 19-4146, and 19-4147 were applied for on December 11, 2019. Both permits were rejected in plan review and the rejection notes were emailed to the contractor on February 14, 2020. 
5. A Order Assessing Fine and Imposing Lien was done and ordered June 2, 2020.
6. Permit revisions were received on July 9th, and July 10th reviewed, and permits were issued on July 13, 2020.  They received final inspections by July 21, 2020.  Fines accrued from November 26, 2019 to July 21, 2020 totaling $23,840.00 including $40.00 in recording fees.
