CORRECTIVE ACTIONS:

  1. All miscellaneous items being stored throughout yard are to be placed in an enclosed garage or shed.
  2. Remove non-operable vehicles & trailers from property.  They need to be registered and in working condition.

RECOMMENDATION:

The City requests that if the Special Magistrate finds the violation exists, the violator(s) be given 10 days to comply or a fine of $25.00  per day be assessed.
